Job Description:

  • Check price with Supplier for making Quotation as requested for customer
  • Prepare the contract and tender, update and well manage the soft/ hard copy of all contracts/ tenders
  • Coordinate with Customer to follow deposit/ payment
  • Sometime assist to receive Customer query and to answer questions
  • Optimize internal working process of the team
  • Reporting and other admin ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Leader

Requirement:

  • Fresh-graduated or 1-year experience
  • Willing to learn and willing to do attitude
  • College or Bachelor’s degree in fields of Supply Chain, Business Administrator, Foreign Trade, IT or equivalent experience.
  • Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Search Information via web)
  • Honest, enthusiastic, keen, independent working and teamwork under high pressure, good communication.
  • CV in English and photo included is required.
