Job Description:
- Check price with Supplier for making Quotation as requested for customer
- Prepare the contract and tender, update and well manage the soft/ hard copy of all contracts/ tenders
- Coordinate with Customer to follow deposit/ payment
- Sometime assist to receive Customer query and to answer questions
- Optimize internal working process of the team
- Reporting and other admin ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Leader
Requirement:
- Fresh-graduated or 1-year experience
- Willing to learn and willing to do attitude
- College or Bachelor’s degree in fields of Supply Chain, Business Administrator, Foreign Trade, IT or equivalent experience.
- Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Search Information via web)
- Honest, enthusiastic, keen, independent working and teamwork under high pressure, good communication.
- CV in English and photo included is required.
