End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for Cisco Firepower 4110 Series Security

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you about an important announcement regarding the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco Firepower 4110 Series Security Appliances 3 YR Subscriptions. As of January 31, 2024, Cisco has decided to discontinue these subscriptions.

Key Dates:

Last day to order the affected product(s): July 31, 2024
Last day to renew or add to an existing subscription: July 31, 2024
Last day of support for active contracts and subscriptions: January 31, 2027

For customers with active service contracts and subscriptions, support will continue to be provided by the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until the last day of support. However, after the last day of support, all subscription and support services for the product will no longer be available, rendering the product obsolete.

We understand that product transitions can be challenging, and we want to assist you in this process. Cisco offers product migration options to help you seamlessly transition to alternative solutions. You can explore the Cisco Technology Migration Program (TMP) to trade in eligible products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. Additionally, the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment program may provide refurbished units for purchase in limited supply until the last day of support.

After this date, all subscription and support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.	January 31, 2027

* The requested subscription start date needs to be on or before the End-of-Sale Date for new subscriptions, and on or before the End of Change/Renewal Date for subscription changes and renewals.

** The projected subscription term end date for new or changing subscriptions needs to be on or before the Last Date of Support.

Customers may be able to use the Cisco Technology Migration Program (TMP) where applicable to trade in eligible products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. For more information about Cisco TMP, customers should work with their Cisco Partner or Cisco account team. Customers may be able to continue to purchase the Cisco Firepower 4110 Series Security Appliances & 5 YR Subscriptions through the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment program. Refurbished units may be available in limited supply for sale in certain countries on a first-come, first-served basis until the Last Date of Support has been reached. Service prices for Cisco products are subject to change after the product End-of-Sale date. The Cisco Takeback and Recycle program helps businesses properly dispose of surplus products that have reached their end of useful life.
