Microsoft Outlook lets users customize personalized themes with AI-Powered Dynamic

Microsoft Outlook is getting an exciting new feature called “Themes by Copilot”, that will bring a fresh wave of personalization to its email client. This innovative tool leverages AI – Copilot to generate dynamic themes that adapt according to real-world conditions, providing users with a unique and tailored email experience.   

What Are Themes by Copilot?  

A dynamic theme generator that allows Outlook users to create customized themes based on their personal preferences. Users can select themes inspired by specific locations or current weather conditions, making their email interface not just functional but also visually appealing.

Key Features of Themes by Copilot  

1. Dynamic Customization: Users can choose from over 100 curated global locations or input their own. The AI will then generate a theme that reflects the chosen environment.
2. Real-Time Updates: Themes automatically refresh to match real-world changes, such as transitioning from day to night or adjusting to different weather conditions. This ensures that your Outlook interface remains relevant and engaging.
3. Cross-Platform Availability: The AI-powered themes are accessible on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and the web, making it easy for users to enjoy personalized themes regardless of their devices.
4. Visual Enhancements: On desktop, users will see a background wallpaper that aligns with their selected theme. Mobile users will experience thematic accent colors at the top of the app, enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Subscription Requirements 

The feature is now being rolled out to individual accounts with a Copilot Pro subscription, as well as to business accounts with the Copilot add-on. Microsoft is also announcing non-Copilot static themes will be available for all users, from classic colors like deep green, red, or purple!
