1. Cash on Delivery
1.1 For home delivery
Home delivery and collection applies to orders worth less than 6 million.
Cash only when home delivery.
When ordering, select “Cash on delivery” in the Payment section. You will pay cash when you receive your order at home.
1.2 For receiving goods at the store
On delivery at the store, customers can pay by cash or credit card
When the order is finished, ITM notifies you via email, text message or phone to let the customer know when the order has arrived at the ITM store. Customers can come to our store, along with a receipt via email / message to receive the goods.
2. Credit or Debit Card
You have two different possibilities for paying by credit card:
- Online payment (In progress)
- Pay by credit card after receiving your order at our store
2.1. Pay online with credit or debit card (Processing)
When ordering, select “Credit or Debit Card” in the Payment Methods section. You receive an email notifying you whether your transaction is successful or not. ITM may also call you to convey this information.
Afterwards, ITM processes to complete your order. You will pick up your order at home or at the store in the selected method.
2.2. PayPal and 123Pay (Processing)
For safe and reliable online payments, we recommend using 123Pay and PayPal. For more information on these methods, please visit the website below.
When ordering, select “123Pay” or “PayPal” in the Payment Methods section.
To return products, please, first check the ITM return policy.
II. Delivery policy
ITM delivery only in Ho Chi Minh City area. For provinces outside Ho Chi Minh City, ITM will use the postal service. Delivery charges are based on location distance and order value, and by location and weight of orders for orders shipped from province. Charges are charged to the customer and added to the final bill

Please note that your delivery may be delayed in the event of special conditions (accidents, floods, storms, storms, etc.).
If your item is damaged during shipping, ITM will replace the new product as soon as possible *.

2. Delivery by Post
Postage depends on the geographical distance and weight of the package. These fees can range from 8,000 to 65,500 VND. Please note that these charges are subject to change due to the Postal Service Price Policy
III. Return policy
Customers send products to pay by post or bring them directly to the store.
Products that need to be returned must meet ITM’s return and exchange conditions
Customer provides the accompanying information for ITM to return the new product to the customer.
Postage costs paid by customers.
2. Bring the product to the store
Customers bring the product along with the purchase invoice / receipt back to the store.
We will return and exchange if the product meets the conditions of ITM return
Valid refund request:
- Products must be returned by the Return form if mailed or delivery receipts if returned to the store
- The product has no signs of use or repair, complete boxes, complete accessories, manuals, stamps and / or warranty marks and free gifts (if any).
- Returns delayed no later than 7 calendar days from the date of shipment. The countdown starts from the day you receive the item to the day you return it to us.
- Products are not subject to a special return and refund policy of certain brands / suppliers / types.
- The reason for the return must be valid and meet the terms and conditions (see below)
Requirements for valid return
- Products must be returned with Return form if sent by post or receipt if brought back to the shop
- Products must have no sign of use or repair, full box, full accessories, user manual, stamps and/ or warranty stamp and free gifts (if any).
- Return delay is not over 7 calendar days from delivery date. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the day you return it to us.
- Products are not under a particular return and refunds policies of some brands/ vendors/ certain categories.
- Return reason has to be valid and meet terms and conditions (check out below)

Please note that change of mind is not a valid return reason.
IV. Warranty Conditions
ITM items are warrantied with a warranty stamp fixed on the items.
1. Free warranty for product with these conditions
- Defective product from manufacturer
- Warranty period is available
- Customer keeps the receipt
- Warranty stamp must be in new conditions without patch, erase, repair
2 Non-warranty cases
- If you break one of warranty conditions in Section 1.
- Serial number, model do not match with information in Warranty constructor.
- Product is repaired at service center where does not have authorization from the manufacturer.
- Damage of product is belong to customer and damage is not belong to competence of manufacturer.
3 Warranty Period
The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase or the specified date on the warranty stamp.
4 Warranty Center
Information of Warranty Centers will be written in the Warranty stamp. Please contact us directly.
