JOB DESCRIPTION
– Receive all information related to computer problems.
– Can remotely handle computer problems and software errors such as unikey, taxes, HTKK …
– Install office software, email, printers and troubleshoot printers.
– Can install new routers, switches, computer network configuration, internet errors …
– Knowledge of server, hardware, and RAID. Fix problems with AD, DNS, DHCP …
– Can work independently and fix problems on the spot.
– Can write documentation and reports.
– Requirement on English 4 skills: basic speaking, reading, listening and writing
– Experience from 1 to 2 years.
REQUIREMENTS
– Having a spirit of learning and passion for new technologies.
– Confident and able to solve problems
– Good communication skill.
– Team spirit, working proactively and creatively.
