I. Payment Methods
With IT Computer Care, you have two possibilities of payment: cash on delivery, credit/debit card*, PayPal or 123pay (on process)
*Payment by credit card is only available with online payment (on Process) or Store Delivery.
II. Instructions For Payment Methods
1. Cash On Delivery
1.1 For Home Delivery
Cash on Delivery for Home Delivery* is only available for an order with a value inferior to 6 million VND and if the delivery is doable by deliveryman**.
Cash on Delivery for Home Delivery is only possible with a payment in cash.

** To know if you order is doable by deliveryman, please check our section Shipping and Delivery, 2.Home Delivery, 2.2.Shipping.
If your order is equal or superior to 6 million VND and/or is not doable by deliveryman, please select online payment (on Process) in payment conditions and/or Store Delivery for Delivery options.
When ordering, select “Cash on Delivery” in the section Payment methods. You will pay by cash once receiving your order at home.
1.2 For Store Delivery
With Store Delivery, Cash on Delivery option is a payment doable by cash or credit card.
When ordering, select “Cash on Delivery” in the section Payment methods. ITM informs you by email, text message or phone call to let you know when your order has arrived to ITM shop. Come to our shop, show the receipt* that you previously received by email, pay in cash or by credit card and collect your order.
2. Credit or Debit Cards
You have two different possibilities to pay by credit card:
- Online payment (on Process)
- Pay by credit card after collecting your order to our shop*.

2.1. Online payment with credit or Debit Card (On Process)
When ordering, select “Credit or Debit Card” in the section Payment methods. You receive an email to inform you if your transaction is successful or not. ITM may also call you to convey this information.
Then, ITM processes to fulfil your order. You’ll be receiving it at home or collecting it in our shop, regarding the delivery method you chose.
3. PayPal and 123Pay (On Process)
For a secured and reliable online payment we recommend 123Pay and PayPal. For more information about this methods, please visit their websites below:
When ordering, select “123Pay” or “PayPal” in the section Payment methods.
You receive an email to inform you if your transaction is successful or not. ITM may also call you to convey this information.
Then, ITM processes to fulfil your order. You’ll be receiving it at home or collecting it in our shop, regarding the delivery method you chose.
