Job Description
-
- IT System Monitoring & Operations
- Monitor and supervise customers’ IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, cameras, and related equipment.
- Ensure stable, secure, and continuous operation of customer IT environments.
- Customer Support & Incident Handling
- Receive and handle customer requests related to IT systems.
- Perform technical tasks via remote access tools and provide on-site support at customer locations when required.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and propose solutions for replacement or upgrades of IT components when necessary.
- Resolve issues related to computers, network systems, time attendance devices, telephone systems, office applications, and software.
- Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment.
- Inspect and clean network devices and end-user computers.
- Reporting
- Complete assigned tasks and update daily work progress in the ticketing system.
- Report work status according to Manager’s requirements.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to customers.

Job Requirements

- Knowledge
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good understanding of server infrastructure, IT infrastructure, software installation, and office computing systems.
- Skills
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible at work.
