Job Description

    • IT System Monitoring & Operations
      • Monitor and supervise customers’ IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, cameras, and related equipment.
      • Ensure stable, secure, and continuous operation of customer IT environments.
    • Customer Support & Incident Handling
      • Receive and handle customer requests related to IT systems.
      • Perform technical tasks via remote access tools and provide on-site support at customer locations when required.
      • Troubleshoot hardware issues and propose solutions for replacement or upgrades of IT components when necessary.
      • Resolve issues related to computers, network systems, time attendance devices, telephone systems, office applications, and software.
    • Maintenance
      • Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment.
      • Inspect and clean network devices and end-user computers.
    • Reporting
      • Complete assigned tasks and update daily work progress in the ticketing system.
      • Report work status according to Manager’s requirements.
      • Prepare and submit periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to customers.

Job Requirements

    • Knowledge
      • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
      • Good understanding of server infrastructure, IT infrastructure, software installation, and office computing systems.
    • Skills
      • Good English communication skills.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Attitude
      • Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible at work.
      • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
