IT INTERN

General Information:

Position: IT Intern  

• • Department: Desk IT
  • Company: ITM Technology Co, LTD  
  • Address: 186B Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh Ward, HCMC 
  • Working Time: Monday – Friday, from 08:00am – 05:30pm 

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Support:

• • Assist users in operating office applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Accounting, etc.) via remote access software or on-site at customer locations. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and propose replacement or upgrade of IT components when necessary. 
  • Deploy and install IT infrastructure such as network cabling, switches, NAS, UPS, cloud phones, IP phones, Wi-Fi, time attendance devices, and more. 

Reporting 

• • Update and report tasks regularly through the ticketing system to Managers/Clients. 

What You Bring 

• • Knowledge
    • Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months. 
    • Student majoring in Information Technology or related fields. 
    • Basic knowledge of computer architecture and common IT devices
  • Skills
    • Good communication skills in English (fluent). 
    • Own personal transportation and be willing to travel for on-site customer support. 
  • Attitude 
    • Honest, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
