Infrastructure Reliability & Optimization Engineer

About the Role 

 As an Infrastructure Reliability & Optimization Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining resilient IT environments for our customers. You’ll proactively identify risks, solve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvements in infrastructure performance and availability.

  • Working Time: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM

Key Responsibilities 

• • Design, organize, modify, manage, and monitor customer IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption. 
  • Recommend and implement disaster avoidance and impact reduction strategies to safeguard infrastructure integrity. 
  • Provide expert guidance to enhance system performance, availability, and robustness. 
  • Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for implementation within customer environments. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure improvements with business goals. 
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

What You Bring 

• • Knowledge
    • Minimum 5 years of experience. 
    • Knowledge of Linux/Open Source, Virtualization or Cloud, and VMware. 
    • Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery, or systems engineering. 
    • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and high-availability systems. 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact. 

• • Skills 
    • Proficient in specialized English and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Confidence in problem assessment and resolution.
