With ITM, you have two possibilities to collect your order: Home Delivery or Store Delivery.
I. Store Delivery
When ordering your order, select Store Delivery in the section Delivery methods.
Once you have validated the different steps of the ordering process, you automatically receive an email with the details of your order: stock availability, price, payment and delivery. ITM may also call you to convey this information.
If your item is already available in store, you’ll be inform by email or phone call and can directly come to our shop to collect it. If your item is not available in our shop, you are inform by email about the estimated delivery delay. Once the item has arrived in our shop, you receive an email or phone call and you can come to collect it.
To collect your item, you have to show us the receipt that you previously received by email.
Notice that our shop is located at 94 Xuân Thủy Street, Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
II. Shipping
When ordering your order, select shipping in the section Delivery methods.

ITM may also call you to convey this information. According to our store availability, ITM informs you of the estimated delivery delay and fulfills your order.
1. Shipping Fees
ITM deliverymen only cover the HCMC area. If you live in another city than HCMC, your order is delivered by postal services. The delivery fees are calculated according to your location and the amount of your order for ITM delivery service, your location and the weight of your order for postal service. Fees are charged to customers and added to your final bill.

Please note that the delivery of your order may be delayed in case of exceptional conditions (crash, flooding, typhoon, storm, etc.)
If your item happens to be damaged during shipping, ITM undertakes to replace it with a new one in the best delay*.
*This guaranty is not applied if only the packing is damaged.

1.2 Delivery by Post
The postal fees are established regarding your location and the weight of your package. These fees can go from 8,000 to 65,500 VND. Please note that these fees may change due to Variations in Postal Service Pricing Policy.
